Product Description

UBE NYLON 1015 UC2 is special modified, heat stabilized Polyamide 6. The material is a so called Nylon Clay Hybrid. It contents exfoliated, by polymerization process incorporated silicate platelets. This material has following features: • Outstanding mould-ability • Perfect surface finish • Extraordinary welding performance (vibration-, injection- and laser-welding) • Excellent mechanical properties with respect to low density • Superior permeation properties • Extreme low brittleness
