SMMA - Optical Grade
SMMA resin is a transparent copolymer made of MMA (Methyl methacrylate) and SM (Styrene monomer). It has the advantages of good processing properties and low residual stress in molded products, while also having optical properties and transparency at the level of acrylic resin. In particular, the moisture absorption is lower than that of conventional acrylic resin, making it suitable for applications in hot and humid conditions. It is also suitable for light guide panels and lighting.
