POLYFLON PTFE F-104 is a general purpose fluororesin grade which is  suitable for molding seal tape, short fiber, pipe, tube, thick wire.

Introduction 

- POLYFLON PTFE F-104 is a polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder in the form of white powder without  PFOA. 

- It is suitable for forming the large size tube because it can be converted into fiber even at low RR. 

- Paste extrusion molding can be carried out by adding auxiliary agent. Because it has a property easily to fiberize when shear force is applied. 

- It is a Daikin standard grade of fine powder. it is suitable for molding wide variety of applications such  as sealing tape, short fiber, pipe, tube, thick wire coating.
