NEOFLON PCTFE M-400H is a high hardness fluororesin with excellent gas barrier properties.
Introduction
- NEOFLON PCTFE M-400H is a polymer with a structure in which all hydrogen atoms of polyvinyl chloride (CH2 --CHCl) n are substituted with fluorine atoms. It is in the form of one chlorine atom in PTFE structural unit. - Highly transparent due to this chlorine atom.
- It is a fluororesin with the highest gas barrier property and high hardness.
- Excellent in mechanical properties, although it is slightly inferior to PFA and FEP in heat resistance and chemical resistance.
- M-400H is a granular material with a higher molecular weight than M-300H.
- It is excellent in stress crack resistance, suitable for compression molding.
