3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Dispersion TF 5035Z is a milky-white, water-based fluoropolymer dispersion. The dispersion has a solids content of around 58 percent solids. The spherical hydrophobic polymer particles have an average size of around 200 nm. The polymer has a density of approximately 2. 2 g/ml.
TF 5035Z is used for formulating aqueous non-stick coating systems, which can be used to coat suitably prepared metal, glass and ceramic surfaces and cookware.
