3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroelastomer  FC 2144 is a copolymer of vinylidene  fluoride and hexafluoropropylene  with proprietary incorporated  cure technology.

• Medium viscosity • Higher viscosity version  of FC 2123  • Excellent mold release  • Good hot tear properties essential  for demolding complex geometric  profiles and parts containing  severe undercuts • Good for bonded seals  • Process targets: transfer and  compression molding, bonding  and calendering 


Typical Applications: 

• Molded goods and products  which require good bonding  between rubber and metal
