Exact™ 3040 resin is an ethylene-based hexene plastomer produced using ExxonMobil Chemical's EXXPOL® Catalyst Technology. Exact™ 3040 resin is designed for monoextrusion and coextrusion coating applications. It offers outstanding adhesion and very low seal initiation temperature combined with high hot tack and seal strengths. This grade is specially recommended for enlarging the sealing window and to seal through contamination. It can be used as a minority or majority component in LDPE to improve optical and sealing performance. TnPP is not intentionally added to Exact™ 3040 resin.
