CC7209 is an extrusion coating grade especially designed for seal-peel applications. It gives smooth and easy peel when sealed against itself and PE. CC7209 provides also good adhesion to various substrates, particularly to aluminium. The rocommendation is to mix it with standard LDPE with the ratio 1:1 In this mixture processing like standard LDPE can be applied. The material must be pre-dried but there can be still a slight risk for filter blocking and filler agglomeration.
