Toppyl RC 3000 is an experimental fully formulated polyolefinic based easy peel/ reclosable solution.
This product has been selected by customers for use in peelable and reclosable seal to PE substrates (trays); used also in peelable and reclosable seal to APET.
The material is readily processable on conventional blown and cast film equipments and is developed to be used as 100% in the easy peel layer of a co-extruded film structure.
Toppyl RC 3000 provides an easy-opening and reclosable force over a wide sealing temperature window.
Besides the easy-peel reclosable function, the material exhibit good optical properties and good organoleptic properties.
This grade is not intended for medical and pharmaceutical applications.
