Baytec GS-V85A is a two-component, one-shot system that yields a solid polyurethane elastomer. The isocyanate component is an isocyanate-terminated (MDI) polyester prepolymer, and the polyol component is a polyethylene/polybutylene adipate diol. The Baytec GS-V85A system is used in the production of cast polyurethane elastomers. As with any product, use of the Baytec GS-V85A system in a given application must be tested (including field testing, etc.) in advance by the user to determine suitability.
